Article 2 (Effect and change of terms and conditions of use)

회원 If you do not agree to the terms and conditions in your membership, you may be restricted from using the service, and subscribers may terminate the contract at any time.

Article 3 (Application of Terms and Conditions)

회원When signing up as a member, the member's personal information can be used for statistical purposes or providing data to subscribers in the green system.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

1. User refers to a person who uses a membership service.
2. The term "use contract" refers to a contract concluded between the green system and the user in relation to service use.
3. User number (ID) refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and given by the green system for user identification and user service use.
4. Password refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the user to confirm that the user is a user who matches the user number granted and to protect the rights and interests of the user.

[Chapter 2: Validity of Terms and Conditions]

Article 5 (Separation of services)

Article 6 (Unit of establishment and conclusion of a contract for use)

Article 7 (Application for use and consent to the terms and conditions)
그린Green System provides free service to users who agree to the terms and conditions.
It is considered that the user has agreed to these terms of service by pressing the consent button through the registration process.

[Chapter 3. User's duty]

Article 8 (Pending and suspending services)
그린 The green system may not approve applications for service use falling under each of the following subparagraphs.
1. In the case of an application under the name of another person,
2. In the case where it is revealed that the contents stated in the membership registration information are false,
3. In the case where it is difficult to approve due to other reasons attributable to the user,
그린 If an application for service use falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the Green System may not approve the application until the reason for restricting approval is resolved.
1. If there is no room for green system facilities,

3. In the case where it is difficult to approve the use due to other reasons attributable to the green system,
그린 In the case where an application for use is rejected or approval is restricted pursuant to paragraph (2), the green system must notify the user immediately.
Article 9 (User ID grant and change) 그린 The green system grants a user ID to membership service users as prescribed by the terms and conditions of each service.
이용자 The user ID may be changed at the request of the user or the green system in any of the following cases.
1. Where the user ID is registered as the user's phone number or resident registration number, etc., and there is a risk of privacy infringement.

[Chapter 4. Suspension and termination of service.

Article 10 (Genius disaster)
그린 The green system may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in case of an exhibition disaster/genius disaster, or equivalent national emergency, or in case of other unavoidable reasons such as suspension of telecommunication services by the Telecommunications Business Act.
그린 When the use of the service is restricted or suspended pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), the Green System shall notify the user of the reason and the period of restriction without delay.

Article 11 (Suspended service)
그린 The green system may delete posts, restrict or suspend the use of all or part of the service if the user's service use falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
1. In the case where the user's obligations are not fulfilled,
2. In the case of interfering with the stable operation of the service,
3. In the case of continuously transmitting obscene, low-speed, threatening content or advertising information contrary to the recipient's intention, etc.
4. In the case of distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc.
5. In the case of posting, posting, or transmitting information infringing on another person's intellectual property rights by other means.
6. Where there is a request for correction by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee or an authoritative interpretation of the Election Commission in connection with illegal election campaigns.
7. In the case of using another person's ID and password (PASSWORD),
8. In the case of reproducing or distributing information obtained using service information without prior approval from the company or commercially using it.
9. In case of violation of telecommunications-related laws, etc.,

Article 12 (Restriction and Release of Service Use)

그린The Green System notifies the user of the reason, date, etc. if it intends to restrict the use of the service pursuant to Article 11. However, this is not the case if it is recognized that the green system needs to be stopped urgently.
2. Users notified of suspension of use pursuant to paragraph (1) may file an objection if they have any objection to the notification of suspension of use.
그린Green System may temporarily postpone the suspension of use until the period for confirmation of the objection under paragraph (2), and notify the user of the result.
그린If it is confirmed that the reason for the suspension of use of the green system has been resolved during the suspension period, the suspension of use shall be lifted immediately.

Article 13 (Change of membership registration information)
Users can change their membership registration information, such as address, by using an application for change of use contract, service, or phone, as prescribed by service-specific guidance.

Article 14 (End of use)
그린 If users of the green system use the service against the following criteria, they can prevent users from using the service such as deleting their IDs.
1. In the case where only data is posted on the home account without an index file and the website is used exclusively for the file archives,

[Chapter 5, Compensation for Damages]

Article 15 (Exemption)
그린The Green System is exempt from liability for damages caused by the user's failure to obtain the expected effect from the provision of services or the selection or use of service materials.
그린 The Green System is exempted from responsibility in the event of a service failure due to reasons attributable to the user.
그린Green System is exempt from responsibility for the contents of the data posted or transmitted by the user.
그린Green System is exempt from liability if goods are traded between users or between users and third parties through services.
그린Green System is not responsible for storing and transmitting data for all services and is exempt from liability even if there is a loss of data.
본 For details not specified in this section, the green system has the authority to indemnify according to the rules of use for each service.
